Quality Engineer - WesDyne International
We are currently seeking a Quality Engineer for WesDyne International, a subsidiary of Westinghouse Electric Company Global Field Services. Based out of Madison, PA at our Waltz Mill facility, WesDyne International specializes in the development and application of advanced non-destructive examination inspection equipment, and services for reactor vessel, turbine generator and related systems.In this position, the Quality Engineer can expect to perform the following duties:-Project lead for implementation and administration of the CertWorks program;-Project lead for implementation and administration of the ETS NDE examination program;-Monitoring WesDyne CAPs and training programs and participation in IRC meetings;-Develop and manage training program for WesDyne non-NDE training and qualification;-Create, update, and maintain the WesDyne Quality Web Page.The Successful Candidate will have the following:-Bachelor's degree in Engineering or other technical area required;-1-3 years related experience preferred;-Strong Communication and Organization Skills;-Ability to work effectively in a constantly changing environment;-Software skills, willingness to learn CertWorks program;-Familiarity with NDE certification programs.-Ability to travel to both domestic and international sites.-Knowledge of national consensus standards of quality a plus.ABOUT WESTINGHOUSE FIELD SERVICES AND THE WALTZ MILL FACILITY:Westinghouse Field Services offers complete outage support, advanced products, nuclear power plant component services, and training.
