It all starts here, with you.This individual will primarily be responsible for providing Corporate Project Management for switchyard renovation and interface projects at North Anna and Kewaunee Nuclear Power Stations. This scope includes the following responsibilities.· Cradle to grave responsibility for scope, schedule and budget of assigned corporate projects· Preparation/coordination of project scopes of work, cost, schedule and budget packages· Coordinating development and reviews of Dominion and Architect Engineer products, including scopes of work, design change packages, drawings, calculations, technical reports, studies and specifications · Coordinate work by Dominion Electric Transmission and Distribution and their A/E with the rest of the project team· Coordinate or assist in coordination of switchyard work with the local Regional Transmission Operator (RTO), the Dominion System Operation Center in Virginia or ATC and their A/E in Wisconsin · Coordinate and/or lead project review meetings· Presentations to management teams including Project Funding Review Board (PFRB), Facility Safety Review Committee (FSRC) and station leadership teams· Identification of NRC, FERC and industry information for assigned projects· Coordinate research and assembly of industry related information on assigned projects · Monitor and coordinate vendor activities· Manage activities associated with engineer procured equipment and systems· Coordinate technical review of vendor proposals· Assure timely and event free implementation of modificationsQualificationsThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and skills.· Four year accredited engineering degree (electrical preferred) or equivalent engineering experience· Ten years related experience· Knowledge of electrical power engineering theories, principles, standards and concepts· Knowledge and experience in the following areas is desirable - Protective relays and controls design and setting, High voltage electrical equipment, High voltage electrical system operation and stability, Fault current and load flow studies and calculations, Industry codes, government regulations, and company policies and practices· Good overall understanding of nuclear power plant operations, maintenance, licensing, and engineering· Project management skills including scope development and control, project logic/schedule development and control and cost development and control· Good oral and written communications· Ability to work in a team environment and develop strong project teams
Required:  Four year accredited engineering degree (electrical preferred) or equivalent engineering experience

Working Conditions:
40% travel to the Kewaunee (Kewaunee, WI) and North Anna (Louisa, VA) Nuclear Power Stations.

Certification and Other Qualifications:
PE license can be substituted for a 4-year engineering degree from an accredited institution.
