Project Cost Analyst

Based out of our Lake Bluff, IL facility, PCI specializes in welding and machining applications at both nuclear and non-nuclear sites around the world.Responsibilities include:- Analyze large project financial & operational performance.- Assist project management in developing and maintenance of project plans.- Evaluate project costing to ensure that revenue recognition is in line with company policy.- Resource load planning schedules to ensure proper tracking of resources and projection of project profitability.- Track sales order processing and maintenance of change orders.- Ensure project costing is accurate and consistent with project plans- Assist in the development of customer billings (T&M and fixed price contracts)- Assist in forecasting.- Respond to ad hoc reporting and analysis requests.Ideal Candidate will have:- 1-2 years experience- Bachelors degree (preferably Finance, Accounting, Economics related.)- Sap FI/CO and PS/SD experience desirable- Microsoft Office products (Excel, Access, Word, Powerpoint)- Ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
