Process Assistant III

It all starts here, with you.The Process Assistant III will:1) Utilize databases to validate customer information, document account activities, and follow through on requests;2) Efficiently and accurately handle customer care emails, ranging from general requests to complex billing questions;3) Process incoming customer correspondence and generate outgoing letters and account statements;4) Perform other duties as requested or assigned.Qualifications-Ability to organize and prioritize work, and exercise considerable discretion in performance of duties;- Strong oral and written communication skills;-At least 2 to 4 years of general office experience;- Strong keyboarding and Microsoft Word skills;- Knowledge of Excel preferred;- Knowledge of SAP a plus;- Ability to manage multiple activities and resources;- Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Required: At least High School diploma or GED

Test Required:
This job requires recommended test results from Previsor Online Clerical Assessments (Proofreading, Classifying & Coding, and Microsoft Word) administered on-line during the pre-employment process. The Classifying and Coding test measures the candidate's ability to classify and code items by categories. You will have 4 minutes to answer 70 questions. The Proofreading assessment measures the candidate's ability to read for errors involving spelling, punctuation, and grammar and word choice. It also measures the candidate's ability to correct those errors. You will have 6 minutes to answer 60 questions. Microsoft Word - You will be asked to perform in a simulated environment that resembles the actual application. You will have 25 minutes to complete 20 questions.
