Plant Manager, Power Plant, Bakersfield, California An immediate need exists in the Bakersfield California area for a Plant Manager who will be accountable for the overall management and operation and maintenance of the solid fuel fired electric generation facilities. Specific experience and knowledge in solid fuel power generation is preferred. A BS degree in engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred. Additional courses in business management are desirable. 7 – 10 years experience in management or supervision is desired. Computer proficiency in word processing, spreadsheet and database applications required. Demonstrated abilities in the successful leadership of an organization with varying & increasing responsibilities are required.
