Pipeline Attorney - In House Opportunity
Pipeline Attorney – In House Opportunity
Outstanding opportunity for an experienced Pipeline/Exploration & Production (E&P) lawyer! Position will primarily work on issues and documents supporting the midstream pipeline business section of this multi-billion dollar corporation.
Principal responsibilities include negotiating, drafting, analyzing and interpreting various forms of agreements, as well as preparing opinions and furnishing legal counsel, and interacting heavily with management and staff throughout the division. This position will also manage litigation before state and federal regulatory commissions.
Applicants should have an active license to practice law in the United States. Those who are not currently licensed in Alaska must only demonstrate the willingness and ability to become licensed. Prior pipeline experience is required.
