Part-Time Customer Service Representative

Our Customer Service Representatives are the first point of contact with our customers. They are enthusiastic, responsible individuals with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work and innovative thinking.  We are currently looking for a part-time (34 hrs/week) person who is available Mon - Fri.  If this sounds like you, then we want you on our Team! As a customer service professional, your responsibilities will include: Assist walk-in customers with cylinder refills Investigating and resolving customer questions and concerns efficiently and compassionately. Participate in other inside sales activities as needed. Successful members of our team also possess the following qualifications: A High School Diploma or Equivalent. At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or call-center environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong PC (Windows, MS Office) and data entry/typing skills. The ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple assignments. **Customer service is paramount, but it isn't Suburban's only priority.
