Job Description:
Our client company is seeking a passionate Oracle E-Business Suite Principal Developer to be part of an international IT team and report directly to the CIO who is in Europe. The successful candidate will be responsible for application enhancement, integration, and maintenance. This is an exciting time for our client company as they work to continue to strengthen and expand their position at the forefront of the dynamic global energy industry.
TasksWork closely with senior management to ensure Oracle Applications functionality and performance conform to the needs of the businessDevelop and/or oversee the generation of performance metrics and project plansPlay a key role in the replacement of legacy applications with the Oracle 11i ERP suiteManage onshore and offshore development and maintenance activitiesOccasional overseas travel to meet with our CIO and global team What we're askingThe successful candidate will possess:Bachelor's degree or equivalent experienceA minimum of three years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting the Oracle E-Business Suite/with major focus on Financial ModulesHands-on experience with Oracle modules (Project Costing, - Billing, Projects and Resource Management, Finance, HR and CRM)Experience with engagement scoping and estimationThe ability to map business requirements to Oracle Applications modulesExcellent communication & interpersonal skills, both verbal and writtenRegular interaction with the CEO and senior managementA can-do attitude; a sense of ownership, responsibility, and pride in one’s workExperience with XML, database views, and BI Tools (Hyperion, Crystal Reports) is preferredAt least three years experience supporting a consulting organization’s enterprise applications is preferredExperience in Accounting is preferredPLEASE NOTE THIS POSITION IS NOT FOR ORACLE DBA Developers
