General Purpose of Office Coordinator :
The office coordinator will work on site at wind turbine locations to support office functions including reception, data entry, and general office administration.
Essential Functions of Office Coordinator includes :
Tracks service activity, maintains onsite records of billable work against warranties. Orders office supplies. Reviews timesheets and transmits them to the corporate office for payroll purposes. Completes new hire paperwork. Types letters and creates spreadsheets. Serves as liaison with corporate office regarding employee issues; directs employees to the appropriate corporate resources. Education, Training & Skills Required for Office Coordinator :
High School education or equivalent. 1-3 years clerical or general office experience. Familiarity with general bookkeeping. Strong computer skills. Strong organizational skills. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.Â
Scope:
Decision-Making: Follows routine procedures; no independent decision-making; performs work under close supervision. Impact: Generally limited impact. Consequences are not serious. Supervisory Authority: No supervisory authority. Budget Management: Responsible for some petty cash. Interaction: Regularly interacts with personnel in the same department, in other departments, and with vendors and customers.
