We are seeking an Office Administrator to support our small and growing consulting firm. You will have a wide range of responsibilities, including general office operations, client invoicing, and support of our consulting staff and senior management. We are seeking an enthusiastic and responsible individual to cover a range of responsibilities, who is a self-starter and detail oriented.
Responsibilities
·        Ensuring smooth office operations, including organization; office gatekeeper; light reception/telephone duties; managing office supplies and equipment, service providers and vendors, mailroom, deliveries, and banking; filing (electronic and hardcopy); occasional meetings preparation and planning, etc.
·        Accounting functions, including time and expense keeping, client invoicing, account receivables and light collections, and other bookkeeping functions
·        Word processing, document preparation, formatting, data entry, copying, and production
·        Assistance with marketing, including planning, developing, preparation, and delivery of marketing materials
·        Assistance with human resources functions
·        Enhance organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
·        Other tasks as determined
Skills/Qualifications
·        Office Experience - General, Scheduling, Telephone Skills, Typing, Documentation Skills, Meeting Planning, Verbal Communication, Written Communication, Dependability, Attention to Detail, Administrative Writing Skills
·        Expert in Word and proficient in Access, Excel, Powerpoint, HTML, and accounting software
·        Proactive, motivated self-starter
·        Experience providing administrative support in a professional consulting firm, bookkeeping and/or office management
·        High school degree, with some post high school education
