National Sales Director
Responsibilities: Oversee/manage company sales team. Develop/execute strategic national sales plan. Provide team with sales tools/techniques to achieve company objectives. Generate revenue in the form of sales for restaurant chains or other chain corporations. Identify, contact and build relationships with clients. Obtain/maintain an understanding of each customer’s business. Prepare/present sales presentations to clients. Provide senior management weekly reports on sales activities, forecasts and performance. Move client prospects toward commitment and close sales that surpass client expectations. Participate in the recruiting process/provide hiring recommendations to senior management.

Requirements: Minimum 7+ year’s sales and sales management experience. Proactive leader with proven ability to manage complex sales. Energy management sales experience required. Track record of over one million in sales experience. Excellent interpersonal skills with strong verbal/written communication skills. Strong understanding of sales processes. Ability to interact professionally with clients and set up appointments on the executive level. Strong relationship building/networking skills. Highly goal driven and achievement oriented. Excellent Microsoft Office skills; knowledge of Salesforce.com preferred. Travel 30-50 percent. Clear background check.
