NUCLEAR ENGINEERING
NUCLEAR ENGINEERING, OPERATIONS, MANAGEMENT Trinity Group is a nationally recognized executive recruiting firm located in the mountains of Western North Carolina. Our mission is to provide a superior value to our clients and candidates by devoting our fully-focused energies on a targeted, full-spectrum quest for the ideal fit, and doing so while maintaining impeccable ethical standards. One of our specialties is conducting confidential searches within the tightly knit nuclear energy community where we identify, attract, and present the most capable individuals available who are 1) interested in filling our clients’ critical staffing need, 2) seeking to strategically advance their own careers, and 3) working to enhance their own and their family’s lives. These opportunities frequently come with an emphasis upon present or future leadership and thus can range from the requirement for a recently or soon-to-be discharged military officer or graduating college engineer, to an accomplished and proven senior engineer or manager, to an executive VP with fleet oversight responsibility. To accomplish our mission We question! By posing the difficult inquiries, we challenge ideas, opinions and mind-sets. We facilitate a process that tests paradigms and forces thoughtful appraisal of all available alternatives. We listen! By methodically building our knowledge we launch our project based on your input, eliminating wasted time and effort. We invest! By spending the time to understand your values, your philosophy, and your requirements, our focus can center on skills, experience and chemistry. We partner! By teaming up with our clients and candidates, we work to eliminate the risk of anyone making the wrong decision. Opportunities within our nuclear power network are nationwide and at any time may include responsibilities as a nuclear engineer, electrical engineer, instrument and control engineer, mechanical engineer, maintenance engineer, rotating equipment engineer, health physicist, chemist, safety analyst, project engineer, operations instructor, supervisor, or manager, as well as specialties in analysis, planning, human resources, training, and finance. A resume indicating a Bachelor of Science degree from an ABET accredited four-year school, a Professional Engineering license, or an SRO certification is usually but not always required to begin the conversation that will get you from where you are to where you want to be. Once we’ve received your resume we respect it as your personal property entrusted to us, and it is our strict policy to never present you as a candidate to a client without first obtaining your explicit consent and helping you weigh the implications. Thus, if you’re thinking of a change or know of a present or approaching critical opening within your plant or organization, I suggest that we talk. My name is David Walker.
