NATIONAL SALES MANAGER, DISTRIBUTION

SUMMARY:It is the responsibility of the National Sales Manager, Distribution to direct, coordinate, and administer the sales efforts through the fluid power distribution channels with the objective of capturing a major share of the Fluid Power Market at maximum profits and consistent with the overall objectives of the Company. This position will require interaction with all employees at all locations, contact with suppliers and customers, and direct supervision of the Customer Service Manager at the Leetsdale location in which the Sales Manager's office is located and Regional Sales Managers.  ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING: OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED:Develops, manages and continually improves the distribution sales policies and objectives consistent with the Company's goals.  Manages and directs, within Company personnel policies, all regional distributor sales personnel.  Develops, maintain, and administers a profitable and supportive distribution network throughout North America.  Identifies, establishes, and monitors the development and introduction of new products and improvements to existing products within the limits of Company objectives and resources.  Maintains a continuous review of Fluid Power products, prices and costs. Reviews prices and discounts for all Fluid Power products consistent with current Company Policy. Utilizes the Company's information systems and employ related software and hardware as required to maximize productivity.  Recommends improvements to the distribution sales programs that are consistent with short and long-term objectives.  Recommends and approves on-going training for fluid power division Company: System One Location: Leetsdale, PA 15056 Salary: 80,000.00 - 100,000.00 USD /year Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Sales/Retail/Business Development Relevant Work Experience: 7+ to 10 Years Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Education: Bachelor's Degree Company: System One Reference Code:: JO159127
