Metering Engineer Responsibilities: Develop and maintain a detailed understanding of electricity metering equipment and related applications. Develop and analyze complex product specifications, working closely with the Product Manager and Product Engineer. Provide technical and market analysis to evaluate proposed products or enhancements. Gather and maintain data on competing products. Mentor, teach, and train other engineers. Follow and lead improvement activities for area processes.Qualifications: B.S in Electrical Engineering Minimum 4 years working knowledge of electricity metering Excellent technical training, speaking, and writing skills Ability to learn new skills and assume new responsibilities Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment Background check results satisfactory to SEL Negative drug test result(s) An Award Winning Company Schweitzer Engineering Laboratories, Inc.
