ONEOK, Inc. is a diversified energy company involved in the distribution, acquisition, gathering, processing, marketing, transportation and storage of natural gas and natural gas liquids. We are seeking a Mechanical Integrity Manager.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Develop and implement a company-wide facility risk and mechanical integrity program (NGL assets). The program must include asset-specific threat identification, preventive maintenance strategies, preventive maintenance evaluation, inspection method selection and scheduling, and an overall program evaluation process.

· Meet internal integrity expectations related to asset availability and economic long-term operation.

· Meet all applicable compliance expectations.

The position will report to our Pipeline Integrity Group and be located in the Tulsa or Medford, Oklahoma offices.

POSITION REQUIRES:

· Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related field and certification as API inspector preferred 

· 5 to 10 years experience in pipeline, storage, and fractionation equipment design, preventive maintenance, repair, inspection, reliability, or inspection preferred.

· Experience with RBI and FFS preferred.

· Knowledge of associated standards (API 510, 570, 579, 580, and 653, ASME B31, ANSI codes) preferred.

· Knowledge of associated regulations preferred.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing on mechanical integrity topics (in English).

· Demonstrated ability to self-manage, plan and coordinate various inspections.

· Demonstrated ability to organize, maintain and extract information from site historical records and data files.

· Demonstrated initiative, problem solving, and economic thinking.

· Demonstrated ability to manage projects including coordination, communication, field management, and documentation.

· Demonstrated ability to read and interpret vendor inspection reports, spreadsheets and integrity management raw data.

· Demonstrated ability to compose and prepare executive summaries and other materials including but not limited to inspection and pm procedures, bid packages, repair recommendations, AFEs, and program performance summaries.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate the status of projects, project schedules and inspection results with project managers, contractors, facility managers and other operations management.

· Demonstrated ability to create and conduct presentations related to inspection and remediation and equipment and vessel condition during data integration meetings.

· Experience in use and function of office equipment such as personal computers and related software.
