Is a key leader of the MIS teams planning and service delivery model. Provides and supports the roadmap that gives First Solar the leading information technology solutions and architecture Experience:  · 10+ years experience in ERP implementations at multiple Multi-National Corporations.· Experience in managing large scale SCM product implementations globally.· Experience in mentoring and leading a team of professionals in a fast paced environment.· Experience with designing and implementing SCM systems.· Experience in delivering systems to multiple clients and exposure to corporate SCM systems for reporting and planning.· Strong vendor management experience globally.· Strong experience in designing and implementing integrations to an ERP that include shop floor, PLM, supplier portal systems.· Experience in delivering SCM Data Warehouse reporting systems.· Experience with international deployment, support activities and SOX.· Experience with leading project teams.· Experience in communicating with all levels of the organization in a global organization. Education:· 4 year degree in IT, Business Administration, or related field.· PMI Project Management certification a plus. · Advanced degree a plus. Required Skills:· Proven ability and knowledge of computer technology.· Excellent communication and organization skills.· Proven organizational and managerial skills.· Ability to lead and motivate a global organization.· Proven understanding of integration approaches.· Proven understanding of ERP functions and modules. · Proven understanding of SCM systems.  Must have strong SCM experience for a global organization.  · Excellent understanding of the following is preferred: commodity management, purchasing, integrated planning, transportation and logistics, strategic material sourcing, product life cycle management (PLM).· Excellent understanding of proper budgeting, planning and forecasting of projects.· Excellent in innovational thinking.· Experience in managing various roles and responsibilities – attracting, developing & maintaining personnel.· Ability to select and build effective consultants and vendors relationships.· Ability to define/document, implement and ensure compliance of IT SOx policies and procedures.· Proven interpersonal and motivational skills. Essential Functions & Responsibilities· Hire, train and manage First Solar’s Business Application Solutions and Support team that foster strategic partnerships with departments, drive and deliver solutions, and support solutions delivered.· Ensure projects using service delivery model that enables First Solar’s growth.· Ensure projects are placed on MIS roadmap, using approved SDLC, and are delivered on time and on budget.· Lead and manage all aspects of First Solar’s SCM systems solutions and support (deployment, enhancements & support) · Lead the deployment of SCM systems solutions globally and ensure training, operations and maintenance are delivered consistently.  · Work very closely with other Systems Managers to coordinate projects and deliver consistent methodology· Lead or participate in cross functional project teams in the development and continuous improvement of financial systems.· Ensure application SLA’s are met.  Develop and maintain key metrics to monitor SLAs.· Develop and deliver solutions with a defined architecture.· Manage vendor relationships for SCM solutions.· Exercise effective communications levels and fosters team building.· Adhere to all safety procedures and good housekeeping standards.· Perform other assignments as required.  See Job Description.
