We are currently seeking results driven and self-motivated candidates for our Business Operations Manager positions. Candidates selected for this opportunity must be flexible in their ability to relocate to one of Suburban’s business locations in our Southeast (North Carolina, Tennessee, Virginia) operating territories. This position is held directly accountable for annually achieving or exceeding financial and growth goals and objectives in controllable profit, customer base, return on assets employed (ROAE) and customer satisfaction set by the company for a specific market. Responsibilities include executing the day-to-day operations of a single or multi-location plant and its product distribution, storage, sales, and service activities. You will accomplish this by developing, managing and leading a high performance, results driven team. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Executes all operational activities to include analysis of P&L statements with respect to company standards in all of the following applicable business lines and support functions: Propane; Propane Service and Repair; Back Office Support. Implements marketing plans to achieve continued growth. Responsible for local sales growth. Ensures that all customer service and customer interaction is performed in a manner which consistently meets or exceeds Company defined customer expectations. Responsible for monitoring and assuring regulatory compliance.   Our ideal candidates will possess a degree in Business Management and a minimum of 7-10 years business and/or operational experience. It will be a requirement for hired candidates to obtain and Commercial Drivers License and HAZMAT endorsement. **Customer service is paramount, but it isn't Suburban's only priority.
