Lineman - Power Delivery & Utilization #59
Location: Lenox, MAAre you looking for a position with the potential for growth with a company whose work impacts the well being and future of our environment? The Lineman will safely operate all electrical equipment and apparatus at the Lenox Engineering & Test Center, including transformers, regulators, dc rectifiers, and impulse generators.

Job Functions:Comply with all high voltage overhead and underground transmission and distribution maintenance and safety procedures and initiate action to correct safety hazards and unsafe conditionsPerform switching in high voltage substations and switchyards Provide training and guidance to apprentices and others as assigned Read and apply instructions, safety manuals, specifications, and switching diagrams Communicate with the public, customers, dispatchers, and other employees Maintain records and write factual reports
Education Level and Years of Experience: Must posses the required valid state driver’s license (s) appropriate for the type of equipment operated Minimum of 10 years of line experience in OH/UG electric distributionEPRI’s Export Control Statement:
