The ideal candidate must have extensive experience in maintaining an active Company-operated drilling program in those respective areas with limited supervision. A Landman who can manage a land crew, make trades/deals and take some risks, and getting things done absolutely thrives in our environment. It is a very fast-paced environment where a Landman is considered as an equal to a Geologist or Engineer. Being able to handle multiple projects simultaneously including directing the acquisition of right-of-way & surface use agreements, overseeing the review of title opinions is absolutely mandatory.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:Legally authorized to work in the United States on a regular full-time basis without restrictions. Must have strong communication skills and work well with others.10 years experience as Petroleum Landman with either or a Major and/or Independent Oil & Gas Company. BS/BA or advanced degree in Petroleum Land Management, Business Administration, Law or related discipline or the equivalent thereof. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are imperative, with the ability to make presentations to management.
