Our client, a large US coal company, is seeking a qualified Land Manager to support their mine operations in Wheeling, WV.

Land Manager

This position will be working with the Land Department for a mining operation.  The qualified candidate will be responsible for the acquisition of land, establish values, reviews and negotiates terms, prepares and submits reports, contracts, and deeds, and prepares transaction for closing. Work is generally subject to review on terms and final agreement.

The position offers a competitive compensation of $110,000 - $120,000 depending on experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package.
