Must work out of the San Ramon, CA office Description of Services: The GIL 3 Global LMS Administrator will be responsible working closely with the Regional Training Delivery Coordinators (Americas, EMEAE, and APAC) and STC (Site Training Coordinators) to ensure that consistent and accurate training schedule, delivery, and attendance data is captured, tracked, and reported out of the LMS (Knowledge Planet).Specifically, this individual will administer the LMS at the program level and:Pre-Event Load training schedules as dictated by Site Training Coordinator and / or RTC's per agreed T- schedule: +Data Integrity - Ensure the accuracy of course code, course name, event names, event location, class capacity, dates / times, and instructor name +Pull Strategy - Communicate enrollment procedures back to STC's to facilitate class pre-enrollment and compliance with desired fill rates OR +Push Strategy - Obtain lists of expected attendees from STC's and batch enroll users into the appropriate sessions to trigger a confirmation notice to individuals +Send end-of class evaluation pack to instructor along with instructions for returnPost Event Data Entry +Obtain faxed or e-mailed attendance sheets from instructors and update the LMS to reflect the actual class attendees +Obtain post class surveys from instructors and update evaluation tracking system to reflect post class survey scores Consultation +Provide a single point of contact for all GIL3 related training delivery reporting questions Reporting +Work with Knowledge Planet and internal Chevron IT resources to create the following executive reporting dashboards: COMPLETION - (% of GIL3 machines deployed vs. students trained) Answers the question - how many users have completed training by: +Course +OPCO / Geography / Region / Location / Site +Type - End User / IT Support QUALITY - Training post-event quality scores. Answers the question - how do the student like the training by: +Course +OPCO / Geography / Region / Location / Site +Type - End User / IT Support +Instructor Type - Program, Internal, 3rd Party YIELD - Attendance (% of enrolled vs. attended) Answers the question - how many students are not coming to training after they enrolled by: +Course +OPCO / Geography / Region / Location / Site +Type - End User / IT Support +Instructor Type - Program, Internal, 3rd Party
