  Requirements: College degree preferred, plus 2-3 years of experience in a sales / customer service or marketing position. Previous background should include knowledge of the electrical industry, including electrical distribution Strong interpersonal and customer service skills Excellent oral and written communication skills Self-motivation and ability to self-manage projects to completion Exceptional multi-tasking and organizational skills a must] Proficient computer skills, experienced with Excel, Word and e-mail. Ability to learn, process and apply technical information



  Job Description:

Primary inside sales & customer service support staff member for Quadlogic’s electrical distribution sales division.  This prime position supports all QLC Regional Sales Managers and their outside sales manufacturer’s agencies in all aspects of the sales process; preparing quotations, order entry and tracking, pricing levels, data management,transactional costing and product knowledge. 



This position will team up with the Regional Sales Managers and outside sales representatives to increase sales through effective and efficient customer service.  This position is required to interact with customers (by phone, fax and e-mail) as well across-functionally within the Quadlogic organization to process accounts and orders with accounting, marketing, manufacturing, engineering, client services,quality assurance and shipping. 

 

  Technical Support:

Over time, you will develop the product knowledge needed to provide quotation support to our sales team and assist customers in product selection and applications.

Our company is currently in growth mode and we anticipate that the right candidate will grow with us.  This position is the foundation for placement in sales or client services. Over time, we will work with the right candidate to match his or her skills and the Company’s needs for a successful and long-term employment relationship.
