At 1stel we are looking for Inside Sales Reps to call on businesses in need of high speed Internet and business class phone service. This is a base + commission opportunity in which your commission equals 100%-200% of your sales!

Based out of Cleburne, Texas we understand what Texas businesses need, and we're poised to serve them. 1stel is planning for phenomenal growth in 2008 and 2009 which will open outstanding opportunities for advancement within our company. We have a comprehensive training program, and we promote from within!

Essential Functions:

Attains a minimum of 100% of assigned revenue goal by initiating outbound calls to new potential businesses

Maintains a minimum of 80+ calls per day and 100 minutes of talk time

Maintains a database of customers using CRM software

Demonstrates persistence, overcomes obstacles, and strives to improve skills and achieve goals

Presents key selling points/features and benefits while focusing the message on customer needs and expectations

Consistently moves the customer or prospect towards commitment, and closes sales that exceed customer expectations

Ensures a superior customer experience with 1stel by addressing customer concerns and by demonstrating empathy
