IT Compliance Analyst-Flexible N. California Work Location
Department Overview Infrastructure Services' (IS's) Mission is to provide safe, efficient, reliable, compliant and timely infrastructure services to enable PG&E to meet its business goals and provide end-user services that optimize client productivity and effectiveness.Position Summary We are seeking a Analyst to work in their choice of PG&E locations throughout Northern California. The position will be responsible for IT Security Compliance, SOx compliance, Internal Auditing, Client Consultation and Safety practices.Responsibilities: Security Compliance: Partner with Information Systems Security on security issues within IT Infrastructure. Work with Team Leads, Network Specialists, and SMEs to remediate efforts. Track and report remediation progress. SOX Compliance: Work with Team Leads, Network Specialists, and SMEs to ensure SOX compliance. Review SOX evidence on a regular basis. Document and report all SOX review results. Consultation: Consult with client groups on the development and updates of policies, standards, guidelines, configuration manuals, and process manuals. Review procedures for compliance with established requirements. Maintain awareness of laws and regulations affecting information technology throughout the industry. Internal Auditing: Participate in audits as assigned. Work with stakeholders on remediation efforts. Track and report remediation progress. Miscellaneous Assignments: Work with stakeholders and SMEs on the maintenance and/or development of documentation as a result of audit or compliance findings. Documentation may include Standards, Configuration Manuals, Process Manuals, and exception requests.
