Location: king of prussia, PA 19487Your location:home   »  find a job   »  advanced search   »  job description Apply Online Send this Job to a Friend Hudson has partnered with a leading Utility company to identify a high-level IT Auditor.  This an ideal position for someone looking for a long-term full time opportunity within a challenging engagement.  Responsibilities:· Work with senior and executive management within the company to detect potential risks and inefficiencies within the business operations.  · Evaluate internal controls of company systems as they relate to Sarbanes Oxley and Company policies and procedures.  · Plan and conduct complex IT operational and Internal Control audits.  · Prepare detailed recommendations from audits, and effectively and persuasively communicate findings.  · Assist in the development of the annual audit plan, especially the IT plan.  · Provide consulting services to management to help improve business operations and information systems processes, and guide in the implementation of audit recommendations.  · Performs system reviews and testing of financial and operational systems.  · Obtain and analyze financial, operational and computer system data in order to test adequacy of controls.  · Verify compliance with operating procedures and/or regulatory requirements.  · Review processes, procedures and controls governing telecommunications, system development, computer data backup, disaster recover plans, physical and logical security, etc.  · Review testing of alpha, beta and final versions of the company’s products.   Requirements:· Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science or Information Technology · At least 3 years audit or information technology experience.  CISA, CIA and CPA preferred · Experience with major systems implementation a plus · Knowledge of Windows Operating Systems, MS Office Applications and related software applications.  About Hudson IT & Telecommunications Hudson IT&T serves as a trusted resource for clients seeking high-quality technology professionals and IT solutions.
