IT Analyst / System Architect
Leads, plans, analyzes, designs, develops, and supports business applications, supports purchased packages, and utilizes products deployed on multiple technology platforms and on a corporate-wide basis. This involves directing and coordinating the activities with other Information Technology personnel. Candidate’s primary responsibility is to perform the duties, listed above, for the implementation of the Engineering Design Tool. The candidate would need to have the proven abilities for implementing new systems to work with existing systems. The candidate will need to work closely with business analysts, end users, and process owners to insure proper implementation of the new Engineering Design Tool, with existing Work Management and Geographic Information System (GIS).
Demonstrated working experience with System Integration and Architecture, RDBMS (Primarily Oracle, MS SQL a plus), PL/SQL, XML, EAI/ESB (Sun JCAPS or Infomatica a plus), Event messaging, Object oriented programming (Microsoft .NET or Powerbuilder a plus), Knowledge of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) and spatial data.
