Entergy Corporation, a Fortune 500 company, is the second largest nuclear generation company in the United States. Entergy is planning to spin off its non-utility wholesale nuclear business into a new independent publicly traded company, Enexus. In connection with that transaction, Enexus and Entergy intend to enter into a nuclear services joint venture, EquaGen. At this time, we are seeking applicants for prospective employment with EquaGen and Enexus.

Staffing decisions will be made in a manner anticipated to result in the future success of Enexus, while maintaining continued success of the Entergy System.

Job offers for Enexus positions will be contingent on several factors, including the formation of Equagen and the consummation of the spin transaction, which is anticipated to occur in the latter part of 2008.

External candidates who accept offers will become employed by the Entergy System pending the spin transaction and internal candidates will remain with their Entergy System employer pending the spin transaction.

Further information regarding compensation, benefits, relocation, etc., will be provided during the selection process.

We currently have an exciting opportunity available at Enexus for a Human Resources Representative located in White Plains, NY.

Position Description

This position is responsible for strategic branding and identifying and utilizing all sources to recruit entry/apprentice level talent. Also responsible for school recruiting and relations including 4-year colleges, 2-year colleges, vocational schools, trade schools, industry career fairs and organizations for their assigned region.

Job Description:

1.  Develop and execute strategic targeted recruiting
2.  Partner with advertising vendor to develop and maintain an ongoing strategic recruitment brand
3.  Interface and develop relations with target 4-year colleges, 2-year colleges, vocational schools, trade schools, and industry organizations
4.  Execute diversity recruiting activity
5.  Assess recruitment sources effectiveness (Recruiting Dashboard)
6.  Conduct candidate screening
7.  Handle special projects
8.  Performing other duties as assigned

Required Skills:

1. Bachelors degree in related field
2. Five years equivalent experience in recruiting and consulting
3. Five years experience in external relationship building
4. Superb, proven, project management and organizational skills
5. Advanced Microsoft Office skills
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
7. Excellent presentation skills
8. Demonstrated strong performance in current assignment.
9. Extensive travel required (Approximately 50%-70%) 

Desired Skills:

--A master's degree or above in a Human Resources-related field is desired
--PHR or SPHR certification
--Theoretical and practical knowledge of the continuous improvement concept
