Excellent opportunity with dynamic energy firm in downtown Houston. This Human Resource Representative will be the primary point of contact for all personnel-related inquiries. Long term contract that has a definite possibility of going permanent. Up to $54K depending upon experience.

Job responsibilities will include:
- Provide analytical and administrataive support for all personnel-related activities
- Participate in the design and development of HR processes and practices
- Research HR concerns/issues and provide solutions to clients
- Provide knowledge support for SAP-HR module users in remote locations

Qualified candidates will possess: 2+ years previous HR experience Experience working with MS Access and SAP-HR Module is a MUST Bachelors degree preferred, PHR certification a plus Previous experience working directly with customers in an issue-resolution capacity
