Heavy Equipment Operators

Looking for a high paying career and want to live and play in Western Colorado (Parachute and Piceance Basin), and have experience with:  Motor graders, back hoes, dozers, fork lifts, rock crushers, and/or drive water trucks:  If so this position may be for you! Responsible for the operation of various pieces of heavy equipment in support of our operational activities. Must adhere to all related OSHA, EPA, EDQ and DOT safety rules and regulations in concurrence with policies and procedures. Responsible for safety equipment on equipment being operated, aspects of the machine and its pre-shift requirement, fueling, greasing, shop work and general equipment maintenance. May be required to prepare location site, level, clear trees, backfill reserve pits, build ring levee, if needed, drive pilings and set cop sills (Dragline Operators). Accountable for quality control execution. Complete all necessary safety documentation and record keeping and ensure adherence to JSA's. Train new employees as they jon the workforce. May be required to fill in for superintendent, capable of drive pilings or have a CDL license - drive a heavy truck. Requirements: Regularly lift up to 50 pounds.  Sitting for long periods of time.  Work regularly requires individuals to kneel, bend and stretch, climb to accomplish work tasks. Must be able to read, write, follow verbal and written instructions, and possess basic math skills. Experience/ability to run multiple pieces of heavy equipment.  Valid Colorado Drivers license required, CDL helpful.  Must be able to work as a team.
