ONEOK, Inc. is a leader in the gathering, processing, transportation, storage, marketing and distribution of natural gas and natural gas liquids in the United States. We are seeking a HUMAN RESOURCES REPRESENTATIVE - HRIS for our Tulsa, Oklahoma headquarters.
THIS POSITION REQUIRES:
· Associate’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, Business Administration or related discipline
· Experience with Excel and Access required
· Working knowledge of Oracle HR/ERP system and Discoverer reporting application
· Experience in performing maintenance, development and testing of HRIS functions
· Demonstrated ability to interact and communicate effectively
· Demonstrated ability to read and write fluently in English
· Human Resources background preferred
PRIMARY DUTIES:
· Perform maintenance, development and testing of HRIS functions
· Provide user support for issue resolution, system usage, user training, project testing and implementation
· Compile, process, verify and/or prepare information and reports
· Regular and reliable attendance is required in performance of job
· Employee may be required to perform additional duties as assigned
