Administrative Support;General/Other: Administrative/Clerical Career Level: Entry Level Industry: Energy and Utilities Job Ref Code: 080869 PacifiCorp is one of the lowest-cost electricity producers in the United States, providing more than 1.6 million customers with reliable, efficient energy.The Generation Clerk will perform clerical functions, which require an ability to learn and follow all established power plant policies and procedures, and will provide clerical and related office support services with emphasis on computer skills. Typical duties may include:  Maintaining timesheets, files, & records; posting payroll information; preparing & typing reports, forms, correspondence, & spreadsheets. Researching/compiling data.  Processing/recording procurement & work order documents & transactions.  Answering phones, processing mail, & scheduling meetings.  Other similar duties as assigned.When needed, employees in this classification may be assigned the duties of Utility Worker.Minimum QualificationsType 65 or greater wpm net, required.   Preferred QualificationsProficiency in MS Word and MS Excel programs expected. Business or clerical experience and education also preferred.
