Researching/compiling data.  Processing/recording procurement & work order documents & transactions.  Answering phones, processing mail, & scheduling meetings.  Other similar duties as assigned.When needed, employees in this classification may be assigned the duties of Utility Worker.Minimum QualificationsType 65 or greater wpm net, required.   Preferred QualificationsProficiency in MS Word and MS Excel programs expected. Business or clerical experience and education also preferred.
