Global Power currently has an excellent opportunity in our corporate headquarters office in Tulsa, OK for a Financial Reporting Manager to join our team. We are looking for an enthusiastic, energetic, proactive individual to join our team who can work in a fast paced environment. Primary Responsibilities:Consolidating monthly financial results from foreign and domestic operating divisions and at corporate level including customary month-end journal entries, inter-company eliminations, etc.Responsible for preparing various monthly, quarterly and annual consolidated financial reporting packages. Development and maintenance of the consolidating reporting (Synoptix), and ad hoc reporting, including key operational metrics.Aiding in the coordination of schedules and analyses for quarterly reviews and the annual audit with external auditors and the preparation of audited financial statements.Drafting customary disclosures for quarterly and annual results (footnotes, MD&A, etc.)Conducting or participating in special projects.
Requirements:CPA required, MBA preferred5-7 years related experienceSEC reporting experience a plus
