Organizational Statement Enbridge Energy Company, Inc, a leader in crude and natural gas transportation, gathering, and processing is seeking a skilled Field Clerk to support area management and field teams.Responsibilities ¿ Creates and maintains office correspondence and filing for Area Superintendent and Team members¿ Schedules travel¿ Orders supplies, sets up meeting, etc.¿ Handles PTO and overtime sheets¿ Provides customer service support¿ Maintains office equipment¿ PSM reports and filing¿ D.O.T. reports and filing ¿ Employee payroll¿ Invoice processing¿ Budget preparation¿ Communication coordinator between Plant and Field during operational upsets¿ Communication coordinator with other Companies ¿ Chemical tracking¿ Completes and submits daily reports¿ Assists Technicians with computer problems and communications¿ Coordinates waste disposal¿ Emergency Response coordination¿ MSDS Updates¿ Other duties as assignedResponsibilities High school diploma or general education degree (GED), with a minimum of 6 years of experience of executive level support. Requires knowledge of various computer programs such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Access. Industry experience a plus.
