Southern Area Maintenance Coordination and Turnaround Division (SAMC&TD) is responsible for providing safe, cost effective and "Best in Class" services in Maintenance Planning, Material Coordination, and Turnaround (T&I) in a timely manner to support the "Reliability" of all Southern Area Oil operations' facilities.   Some of the responsibilities of the engineer will be to: Â§  Initiates detailed work outline for planned Turnaround Testing and Inspection (T&I). Requests input and compile work scopes.§  Prepares contracts work scopes. Coordinates and chair meeting for planned T&Is.§  Review engineering package issued by Plant Engineering or Design Agency for T&I related jobs §  Schedules the required manpower and equipment for the execution of the T&I §  Participates in the T&I execution.  SELECTION CRITERIA: B.S. Degree in Mechanical engineering. At least Four (4) years work experience in Oil Processing Plant or Petrochemicals Industry. At least three (3) years work experience in Plant Maintenance Engineering. Must have attended at least one course in Project Management and Scheduling. Must have been involved in planning and execution of at least two (2) major turnarounds during work experience. Must have basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point).
