Engineering / Project Manager - Energy Solutions

Our client is small, growing energy solutions provider and design/build firm involved in renewable and solar energy, ethanol, biomass, gas field and traditional energy development projects using fossil fuels. They are a nationwide leader in the development of environmentally friendly energy alternatives.  In addition, they engage in projects involving the acquisition, funding, redevelopment, engineering design, construction, operation and maintenance of existing energy generation facilities.

 

They are seeking an experienced Engineering/Project Manager to lead their engineering team in all aspects of project initiation, proposal and concept development, design/build, and facility operation/maintenance.  Requires a BS in engineering, a minimum of 5 years of experience in the design and operation of energy generation systems (such as turbines, heat exchangers, boilers, etc.) and knowledge of project and contract management methodologies in a cross-functional environment.  Must have experience in the utility, alternate energy development, or engineering design/consulting industry involving similar projects.  P.E. license a plus.
