As a Electrical Engineer you will be responsible for providing standard design, drawings, material and equipment specifications for the National Grid USA distribution and streetlight system. You will integrate existing New York and New England future merger companies’ standard designs, drawings, materials and equipment specifications into a common National Grid standard.  In addition, you will establish and issue work and equipment bulletins to ensure safety and reliability of existing and new equipment, materials and work practices and write Reports and communicate results and recommendations through presentations. Lead Senior Engineer and Principal Engineer positions require Professional Engineer registration. Knowledge of electrical equipment, application, operation and construction practices. Demonstrated computer skills, including use of standard and specialized programs. Well-developed verbal and written communication skills with the ability to effectively interface and communicate with people at all levels across the organization. Suggested 5 years minimum Distribution Engineering Experience Support for off-hours emergency work is required.
