Looking for candidates with 5+ years of experience in energy management and engineering and a BS Mechanical Engineering. Requires experience in HVAC and Central Plant and a strong working background in conducting comprehensive preliminary and investment grade energy audits. Must also have experience preparing detailed energy reports and calculating guaranteed savings. Proficiency in project development, life-cycle cost analysis, energy management technologies, and building automation/system optimization also required. Prefer a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and / or a PE License and cost estimating experience. Excellent verbal, written, analytical, interpersonal, and presentation skills required. Working knowledge of the following software applications is required: Modeling software eQuest and DOEII, Microsoft Excel, Word, and Project. Out of state candidates will be considered - must be willing to move to Southern California.
