Our client’s T&D Division specializes in engineering and managing projects for substation, transmission lines, distribution systems, HVDC systems, underground and submarine cables and industrial supplies for a wide range of clients around the world. What you should know about this opportunity:1.  This is a full time permanent position with competitive pay and good benefits2.  Positions open in Houston, TX and Westwood, MA (outside of Boston)3.  Experience in PSS/e and EMTP are a must!! The successful candidate will have the following education/experience: BSEE required. At least 10 years experience. P.E. is a plus. Experience in PSS/e, EMTP and other planning and analysis tools are essential. Must have a high-level of understanding of electro-technical issues within the power systems. Planning of distribution, sub-transmission and transmission in the United States is preferred but other experience will be considered. Proven understanding of protection, system control and reliability/contingency assessment is very critical for this position. Previous employment as a utility or municipality substation design engineer is a great advantage!
