Electrical Service Consultant
Service Consultant Electrical
Clyde Bergemann, Inc, an international manufacturer of boiler cleaning equipment located in the Atlanta, Georgia is seeking a Field Service Consultant to be located in Rockdale Texas at a Power Generating facility. This is a direct hire, full time permanent hourly paid + bonus position with a comprehensive benefit package. No travel required for this position.
General Activities include:
Inspection, repair, upgrade, install and startup boiler cleaning equipment on coal fired industrial boilers at the Sandow Power generating facility Perform control panel electrical systems repairs.
Responsibilities /tasks include:
Perform walk down boiler inspections
Perform equipment repairs and installations mechanical and electrical
Supervise equipment repairs, installations, and equipment upgrades
Organize and Supervise labor crews for outage support, new installations and equipment upgrades
Knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
Multi craft maintenance mechanical & electrical (50% mechanical and 50% electrical).
Experience with Control Panel software AB PLC’s and HMI systems
Experience with gearboxes, motors, motor starters, rack & pinion, chain drives, controls.
Must have valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Must pass pre employment drug screen
Previous boiler experience in the Utility or Pulp and Paper Industry a plus.
