DIVISIONAL SALES MANAGER
Our client seeks experienced Sales Leader with documented sales skills to lead a Direct Sales Group. Responsible for sales results, gross profit contribution, staff hiring and development, existing customer development and retention, customer acquisitions in new areas. This position is heavy on the transaction side with day to day activity.
Candidate needs leadership qualities for staff development / marketing procedures and results, including with independent external Distributors and Representatives.
Position reports to a VP of Sales and must be open to relocation to Tulsa,Ok
Client prefers MBA, MIST HAVE A BA OR BS DEGREE. and required min. 10 years Direct Outside Industrial Sales Plus 5 Years People Management experience
