Customer Service Specialist - Full time

Our Customer Service Specialists use their 2-5 years of experience to seek creative solutions for our clients regarding product support, vital safety questions, account creation, and billing reconciliation. Essential Functions · Provides local customer service by setting up new customer accounts, assists walk-in customers, and handles customer complaints. · Enters updates and maintains customer orders and information in PeopleSoft system and assists in various dispatch-related activities supporting the Service Center Management team.· Assists in delivery and service process by addressing and correct skipped orders, inaccurate directions and tank obstructions. · Supports customer growth and provides information to our customers and prospects on available programs and program enhancements. Experience:· 2-5 years of customer service experience with experience supporting customers over the phone.· Basic math acumen· General PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) · Routing/distribution software experience preferred Ferrellgas offers competitive pay, a comprehensive benefits package, 401(k), Employee Stock, paid holidays, vacation, and bonus potential.
