Customer Service Associate - Full Time

OCCUPATION: Call Center;General/Other: Customer Support/Client Care DUTIES:Responsible for analysis of Customer accounts and clerical office duties such as, but not limited to, billing transactions, meter reading, collection data and reports, Revenue Protection cases, Call Center data, investigation cases, service orders (cut-ons /cut-offs), service calls, and collection issues, etc. in the Customer Relations Group. Gather and analyze data. Update customer account information. Prepare reports using the Personal Computer as required.  Entering completed information into the computer system, and assisting in other office duties as required.  Perform similar or less skilled work. APPLICANTS WHO POSSESS THE FOLLOWING QUALIFICATIONS WILL BE CONSIDERED. KNOWLEDGE & TRAINING:Successful candidates will have the ability to type, maintain files, perform simple arithmetical computations involving addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division of whole numbers, fractions, decimals and percentages. All candidates will be required to successfully complete Customer Representative testing and screening procedures.
