Our Customer Account Administrators handle detailed administrative and operational procedures and collaborate with other field  personnel to ensure excellent customer service and retention, and promote new customer acquisition. They are responsible individuals with outstanding people skills and the desire to help us grow our business through hard work and innovative thinking!! As a customer service professional, your responsibilities will include: ·  Maintaining an in-depth knowledge of Suburban products and services, customer account and billing processes, new customer information, and various policies and procedures related to product delivery and service. ·  Forecasting and maintaining routes to maximize manpower, tank and vehicle utilization and ensure delivery efficiencies. ·  Posting and reconciling daily fuel deliveries. ·  Processing and coordinating Accounts Receivable, Payable, and Collections functions. ·  Planning and scheduling daily service work to maximize billable time and meet productivity goals. ·  Assisting with various administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, maintaining customer account records, and ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. ·  Assisting with fleet management in coordinating preventative vehicle maintenance and repairs to ensure reliability and availability of fleet.
