Crew Coordinator

We are now seeking Crew Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be overseeing a team of 4-8 Cleaning Technicians who are cleaning boats, tanks, and barges using a variety of methods, as well Cleaning Foremen/Supervisors. The person in this role will need to be familiar with all equipment/tools, paperwork, and needed documentation. The proven ability to manage others successfully is important. When needed, you would also be required to assist in cleaning responsibilities. The Crew Coordinator is responsible for all field operations.

Responsibilities:Develops cost controls, and obtains data regarding types, quantities, specifications, and delivery dates of support products orderedEnsures all established costs, quality, and delivery commitments are metCoordinates dockside activities with all other functions of the organization and suppliers to obtain optimum production and utilization of human resources, machines, and equipmentPerforms administrative activities associated with the effective management of shop operations, including compiling, storing, and retrieving production data for reportsDetermines responsibilities of assigned organization and staff positions to accomplish business objectivesAssist with training and ensures all assigned employees are aware of and comply with company, government, and customer policies, procedures, and regulationsMaintains Training Matrix with-in the company for dockside personnel schedules recertification classes to meet company compliance with customers MSAInterviews potential new employees evaluate candidate’s knowledge of job vacancy with- in PMIParticipates in “ON CALL ROTATION’’ to satisfy customer service on nights and weekendsCoordinates all work activity for Dockside Service line with regards to personnel and equipment needed for Specific job LocationCoordinate and supports field supervision with regards to crew changes, mob, & de-mob of equipment. Schedule equipment transportation (delivery & returns) in a timely manner. Monitors the return of all rental tools (Cut boxes, MPT tanks) from current jobs.Communicates with Supervisors & foremen about future jobs. Job scope, anticipated job start, specific load out materialCoordinates weekly time tickets (all current jobs) (all personnel) for payroll accuracyMonitors Employee work record history for PMI internal evaluationsCoordinates and communicates with night dispatchers & drivers on current workloads meeting PMI’S expectation with regards to timely operations. Employee crew review for safety equipment, certification cards; or drug and alcohol abuse

Requirements: Ability to pass a vigorous physical and extensive drug/alcohol/criminal background screensMust be clean shaven for safety precautionsAble to work a 14/7 schedule and significant amounts of overtime
