Infinite Energy is seeking a Corporate Recruiter!

 

Reporting to the Director of Human Resources, this position has significant responsibility for identifying and developing sources for required employee talent/skills across the entire Infinite Energy organization at all levels. The goal for this position is to deliver the highest quality talent in a timely manner to the hiring Manager/Supervisor for their ultimate hiring decision.  This position requires excellent relationships both internally and externally in order to meet the talent/skill needs in a growing organization and performs vital role as the IEI company representative at various public job fairs. Responsibilities encompass a good understanding of the IEI business organization.  Will assist in Technical recruiting for the IT and Development Department.  This person will also develop talent through both a formal and informal Intern Program. 

 

Requirements: BS/BA degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial Relations, Communication, Business Administration or a related discipline required.  MBA/MS preferred 5-6 years hands-on experience as a Recruiter and/or an HR-related position. 1 – 2 years experience administering an Intern Program. 1 -2 years in a supervisory role related to recruiting and/or HR areas. PHR certified or able to reach certification within one year of hire. Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills required. Must be analytical, and have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint. HRIS experience required Bilingual, preferred Salary Range low $40’s
