Compliance Analyst

Conduct analysis on federal state and company standards to ensure consistent compliance with regulatory policies. Develop and maintain schedules, reports, and materials for compliance-related projects. Coordinate compliance activities for other Midwest ISO departments. • Conduct research and provide updates on compliance laws and regulations. • Review and recommend policies and standards for regulatory compliance. • Create tracking tools and reports for compliance measures. • Develop trend reports to assess company regulatory and liability risk. • Perform policy level coordination related to the compliance management. Education: • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related technical field required. • Paralegal certificate preferred. Experience: • One year regulatory or compliance analysis. • Energy industry experience preferred. Knowledge: • Federal compliance regulations and requirements. • Principles, practices, and administration of technical issues. • Microsoft Office Suite. • Financial reporting and tracking processes and procedures. Skills: • Commitment to customer service excellence and teamwork. • Excellent communication and listening skills. • Utilizing company policies appropriately. Abilities: • Apply and adapt practices and techniques to a variety of projects. • Establish and maintain effective relationships with employees and the general public. • Present facts and recommendations effectively in oral and written form. • Perform detailed quantitative analysis.
