Work under the direction of the World Trade Center Superintendent and Assistant Superintendent of the World Trade Center Complex in downtown Portland. The normally scheduled work hours are Mon - Fri, 1:30p-Midnight, Sat 11a-9:30pm. Requires 3+ years experience in the operation and maintenance of high-rise buildings, familiarity with direct digital controls and a Journeyman Stationary Operating Engineer rating (or equivalent experience). Must be willing to work on temporary assignments offsite. Ability to work effectively with building tenants is essential, as is the capacity to obtain CFC universal certification within 6 months of hire. LME electrical license should be obtained within six months.
