Primary Purpose
The EDI Operations Analyst processes mission critical electronic information between Direct Energy Business and the trading partners, including utilities, banks and third party service providers.  Data content facilitates contract generation, customer enrollment, load forecasting, billing and customer care processes.
 
Responsibilities
Identify problems such as error messages resulting from data presented to and from the ERM System and Retail Pricing Route error messages to the appropriate error queue or Analyst for resolution Author and maintain EDI Operations documentation to incorporate on going changes Execute EDI software and internal applicationsEducation and Specific Training
College degree required with experience in computer and query skills.
 
Experience
One or more years experience in an EDI Operations environment preferred
