Assembler II
Waukesha Engine manufactures large, spark-ignited, gaseous fueled, reciprocating engines. Waukesha also packages Enginator engine-driven generator sets. Our products are widely used in field gas compression, power generation and other mechanical drive applications. In addition, we are the only ASTM-listed manufacturer of the Cooperative Fuel Research (CFR) engine, used to test and qualify the octane and cetane value of gasoline and diesel fuel. We are looking for an Assembler in AT Engine Line to join our growing team. The right Candidate will have fundamental knowledge of common machine tool functions and blue print reading. Responsibilities include but not limited to, interpret assembly drawings and specifications and build and install parst, sub-assemblies and other related Units, have experience in Lean Manufacturing, must have an understanding of general concepts of internal combustion engines. The right candidate will be able to work independently. Positions open on 2nd & 3rd shift. Shift premium on 2nd .55 and 3rd shift .65.
