Illinois locations: Braceville, Byron, Clinton, Marseilles, Moline, Morris, and Warrenville Pennsylvania locations: Delta, Kennett Square, Middletown, and Pottstown New Jersey location: Forked River PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION Actively participates in the planning and analysis function for Exelon Generation, which encompasses the business unit in total and working with the individual operating groups. Individual must be flexible, proactive and able to work with ambiguity. MAJOR ACCOUNTABILITIES 1. Analyze monthly variances for monthly close reporting 2. Forecast various accounts for the latest estimate (LE) process 3. Support the monthly and quarterly reporting GenCo financal and operating performance 4. Support annual budget and long-range planning processes of Exelon Generation and its operating groups 5. Ad-hoc analyses and special projects POSITION REQUIREMENTS BS in accounting or finance or Equivalent Experience. 2 - 4 years of accounting/finance or related experience Understand Income Statement (Balance Sheet and Cash Flow a plus) Excellent communications skills, both written and oral. Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint Take initiative and be self-motivated Adaptable to quick paced, changing environment Pays attention to detail Ability to work well in an ambiguous environment.
